Our Gold Coast Training facility and head office in Southport is conveniently located in the centre of the Gold Coast with easy access to roads and all forms of public transport. The Gold Coast has a reliable and constantly expanding public transport system of buses, trains, taxis and a light rail system which has recently completed construction and is fully operational. First Aid Courses

RAM Training Services offers a variety of first aid courses that can assist you in emergency situations.

Courses consist of modules intended to help you take appropriate action when first aid is needed. All courses are nationally recognised and can assist you with your professional development.

There are no prerequisites for RAM First Aid courses. We do recommend participants are over the age of 14.

Courses are offered at the following locations: Southport, Brisbane, and Cairns.

Security Courses

We offer security courses that are great for anyone whether you are just entering the industry or are a veteran. Courses can teach you the fundamentals of security or help you expand your current skills.

There is a high demand for security guards at the moment and RAM Training Services can equip you with all necessary tools to get a job in security.

There are no prerequisites for majority of our security courses. However we do recommend you have successfully completed Year 10 level (or equivalent) of English reading and writing. Some courses may advise prior relevant certifications.

All security courses are available at our Cairns, Brisbane, and Southport locations (some course may be available at other locations).

Hospitality Courses

The hospitability industry offers a rewarding and fun career. Our training courses are essential for getting into the industry.

You must have a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) if you wish to work in any alcohol-serving venue.

There are no required pre-requisites for our hospitality courses, however it is recommended participants have completed Grade 10 level (or equivalent) of English reading and writing.
