Our Ballina training location in Northern New South Wales offers the Cert IV in Training & Assessment course. The course is specifically designed to improve existing knowledge and give you skills that are directly related to your workplace or industry.
Ballina is a coastal town in Northern New South Wales with over 39,000 residents. It was first established in the 1840’s and sits at the mouth of the Richmond River. The Ballina Coast and Hinterland is located in the heart of the Northern Rivers of NSW, with a number of thriving industries and is home to the iconic Big Prawn.

The Cert IV Training & Assessment course is a nationally accredited and recognised course.
It has become the new TAE industry benchmark for becoming a skilled trainer and assessor in the workplace or within the Vocational Education and Training sector (VET).
We offer this course in partnership with Mountainview Training. The course is a 5 day face-to-face intensive training and presentation workshop. There are 10 units of competency that must be completed to gain the qualification.

- Develop Assessment tools
- Facilitate individual and group-based learning
- Assess competence
There are no formal prerequisites for this course. It is offered at the following locations: Sunshine Coast, Southport, Sydney, Woolloongabba, Mackay, Cairns, Melbourne and Ballina.
